How long will it take to receive my order? 

 

This is all dependent on what you are ordering. 

Generally I can send items out for next day if ordered before 12pm, however if there is something specific that you are looking for that I don't hold in stock then this would take longer. But please know that I will always endeavour to meet the date that you need your item by. 

 

What is your return policy?

Obviously as the majority of our products are personalised and made to order then returns are not possible. However if you are not 100% satisfied then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will work with you to arrange the best outcome, but we pride ourselves on only sending out items that we ourselves are 100% happy with. If it is an in stock item that you wish to return, then please contact us at info@kancreatesforyou.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item, letting us know why you wish to return the item and we will sort this for you. 

 

 

Do you ship outside of the uk? 

We absolutely do! However shipping will have to be added on and price will be dependent on the weight and size of the package. Please contact us to discuss how much this would be.
